Space Coast Audubon board member Jason
Fredrick will be leading a field trip to Port Canaveral which will include Jetty
Park, Avocet Lagoon and the Canaveral Locks on Saturday January 17, 2015. Meet at 8:00 am at Exploration Tower in Port
Canaveral. In case anyone is unfamiliar
with the new Exploration Tower it is a 6 story tower that looks like a big
sail. I would
suggest bringing drinks, snacks, sunscreen and bug spray (optional). There will be some easy walking, which will
include sand, so wear comfortable footwear.
